The three rivers route
The three rivers Route is a circular path, easy for everybody. It starts and finishes in the Main Square of Sotoserrano.
Guijuelo cured ham
There are few feelings comparable to taste a slice of Guijuelo cured ham. Deep red or pale pink in colour, the lean meat shows a soft shiny greasy surface. Its intense smell and evolving taste make its tasting a real pleasure.
Autumn Fruits
In autumn, fields show red, yellow and ochre colours, and the pastures cover again the large dehesas, where pigs go back because the acorn-feeding season starts.
Conventual Pastry and Honey. Sweet temptations
This travel trough Salamanca can't finish without tasting any of the numerous recipes of the delicious conventual pastry.
El Rebollar, a privileged natural area
Beyond Ciudad Rodrigo, this 50.000 hectares privileged natural area is hidden. It is a landscape full of stones and rocks where we can point out the Gata Mountains and its 1.592 metre main summit, the Peña de la Canchera.
