The dehesa
Although the province of Salamanca offers a great variety of landscapes, snowy summits, sierras, valleys, canyons and plains, the dehesa is undoubtedly the most significant landscape; these are places full of holm oak trees and some oak trees which reach the horizon.

San Felices Multiadventure Park is a different active tourism proposal, located in the historical site of San Felices de los Gallegos, in the area of Las Arribes natural park.
“Angel Mateos” Concrete Museum
Is this a building or a sculpture?. The first thing that calls our attention about this museum is the strong appearance of the building. They are concrete blocks which are joined together to house the works of art by a great sculptor.
Textile Museum
This museum means the recognition of the link between the town and this industrial activity, which dates back to the 13th century. It is enough to say that in the mid-19th century there were 200 factories in Bejar, which produced 754.000 yards of cloths and employed around 4.000 people.
Las Quilamas
In the south of the province the relief turns out to be uneven, with not so high mountains (Pico Cervero, 1.463) and streams, such as the Quilamas or the Palla, flowing along different valleys.
Boundary Fortifications
In the west, near the boundary with Portugal, there are different fortifications, due to the wars and fighting that took place throughout the history. Some of them played a very important role during the Napoleonic Wars.
